Job Overview

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Apprentice to help expand our brand presence and drive engagement across multiple platforms. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate or someone eager to launch a marketing career in the mechanical services industry. You will gain hands-on experience executing marketing strategies, supporting event planning, and creating impactful brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across digital and print platforms.
• Support the planning, logistics, and execution of trade shows, special events, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
• Develop engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Source and curate visual assets for marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and media partners to ensure successful marketing initiatives.
• Track campaign performance, prepare status reports, and contribute ideas to optimize marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
• Up to 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in digital marketing, social media, or event coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content.
• Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Passion for creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration in a team-oriented setting.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in B2B marketing or industrial services.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital ad platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).

Location & Work Environment

• This role is based in Orange, CA, and involves office-based and field marketing responsibilities. You’ll work closely with our team to develop innovative campaigns and gain hands-on experience in the mechanical services industry.
