Graphic Designer (motion and web)

Part-time (25-30/hrs)

Lucky Lab is a lifestyle coffee shop brand that is quickly expanding in the Austin and surrounding area markets. We have a serious passion for good coffee and happy pups! In growing our brand we are looking to add a graphic designer to our talented team. Lucky Lab Coffee Co. is looking for a multi-talented motion and graphic designer with knowledge in web design. You will be creating both interactive and monthly emails, assets for social media, graphics and print materials for different events, web design, and packaging design among other projects. Candidates should have professional experience working in Adobe Software with extensive knowledge in Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects. 

We are looking for a creative spirit with lots of ideas, a team player- someone who LOVES DOGS and animals in general, and extremely detail-oriented! With quick turn-around times, we’d love our new designer to be an enthusiastically fast worker with a flexible schedule. 

Your qualifications include

• We’d appreciate a portfolio of both graphic design and a little animation (gifs are great).
• Preferably Austin Based, but open to remote. We love to collaborate as a team!

A look at your day-to-day

• Provides strong and elevated design and data-driven copy/content solutions to garner buy-in while netting measurable results
• Create strategic marketing assets for projects and campaigns including, but not limited to, email marketing campaigns, ads, merchandise and packaging design, digital marketing (email, web banners, digital experiences, social assets, etc.), retail displays, community driven campaigns, internal sales communication
• Provide strong, on brand/voice copy/content
• Be a steward of and maintain the Lucky Lab Coffee brand in all creative ways created in-house.
• Must be a team player, able to work within budgets and tight deadlines on multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a service-oriented attitude
• Creative evolution – stay up to date with branding and advertising in all mediums

Now for a little bit about you….

• Experience with consumer product brands
• Experience in both print and digital marketing/advertising
• Strategic thinker with the ability to solve problems, even when they are not fully defined
• Ability to present and sell creative ideas
• Expertise in Adobe Software with extensive knowledge in Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects
• Mac user with own computer/tablet
• Goal oriented with high standards for excellence
• Part-time to start (~25+ hrs) - may have opportunity to increase to full time in Q4 2025
