Google Paid Search Marketing Manager Location New York, NY (Garment District area) :

As the Google Paid Search Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing our paid search strategies across various platforms, with a primary focus on Google Ads. Your expertise will drive the success of our team's online advertising efforts, and your strong leadership skills will ensure that our team of PPC specialists is equipped to achieve outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute Google paid search strategies to achieve marketing objectives, including lead generation, sales, and brand visibility.

· Lead, mentor, and manage a team of PPC specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.

· Oversee campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis to drive continuous improvements and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, creative, and analytics, to align paid search efforts with broader marketing strategies.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge and effective.

· Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and landing page optimization to maximize campaign performance.

· Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and present regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

· Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives to enhance campaign effectiveness.

· Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and overall campaign expenses to achieve optimal ROI.

· Identify opportunities for expanding campaign reach and growth through innovative tactics and audience targeting.

· Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, provide strategic recommendations, and maintain strong relationships.

· Ensure compliance with advertising policies and guidelines set by Google and other advertising platforms.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

· Proven experience as a Google Ads specialist with a track record of successfully managing paid search campaigns.

· Previous experience managing and leading a team of PPC specialists.

· In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital advertising platforms.

· Familiarity with keyword research tools and web analytics tools.

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey strategies and performance results to clients and team members.

· High level of attention to detail, organization, and project management capabilities.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

· Google Ads certifications are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
