$70,000 - $75,000 + Bonus

YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY:
The General Manager is responsible for all operations of the restaurant. Primary duties and responsibilities include:
- Supervise, train, and coach restaurant staff
- Scheduling, ordering, inventory, guest service, quality, managing all aspects of the restaurant
- Other duties as dictated by Senior Management in order to run smooth operations
BACKGROUND PROFILE :
- 2+ years of experience as a GM with a fast casual or quick service restaurant with a focus on strong guest service
- ServSafe and ABC Responsible Service of Alcohol certifications required
- Excellent floor presence and a passion for hospitality
- Genuine enjoyment of working with people
- Passionate, energetic, and detail oriented
- Open availability required
