Full Time

Hybrid in Westchester County

4 days on and 1 day remote

$60-70K plus benefits

Must have experience with trial preparation, defense, litigation, slip and fall. Casualty a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and retrieve case information from court-related databases and online sources.
• Organize and analyze case materials for expert witness review.
• Review, categorize, and manage document productions from opposing parties and co-defendants.
• Summarize transcripts and identify key case documents.
• Draft subpoenas and maintain detailed logs of records received.
• Manage case files and ensure all documents are properly organized and maintained.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience in insurance defense is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
