Job Description

• General Handyman Work: Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance tasks across residential and commercial properties.
• Locksmith Duties: Install, repair, and maintain locks, keys, and security systems.
• Plumbing: Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, sinks, toilets, water heaters, and more.
• Electrical Systems: Conduct repairs such as fixing light switches, outlets, circuit breakers, and wiring.
• Carpentry: Repair or replace doors, windows, cabinets, trim, and other structures such as shelving and fences.
• Interior Maintenance: Repair drywall, patch holes, paint, and perform other interior maintenance tasks.
• Exterior Repair: Conduct repairs to siding, roofing, gutters, decks, fences, patios, and other outdoor structures.
• Roofing: Inspect, repair, and replace roofing materials, ensuring a water-tight seal and addressing leaks or other roofing issues.
• Fencing: Install, repair, or replace fences, gates, and related structures to maintain privacy and security.
• Trash-Out Services: Remove unwanted items or debris from properties, especially after tenant move-outs, ensuring properties are clean and ready for new tenants.
• Landscaping & Grounds keeping: Perform lawn care, hedge trimming, tree pruning, and general upkeep of exterior areas.
• Winterization: Insulate pipes, weatherproof doors and windows, and take necessary precautions to protect properties during the winter.
• Pest Control: Manage pest control services, including identifying infestations and taking steps to eliminate pests from the property.
• Snow Removal: Clear snow and ice from walkways, driveways, parking lots, and entrances during the winter months to ensure safe access.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and ensure high-quality, timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

• Proven experience in general maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of any of these (plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, roofing, fencing, general maintenance, pest control, landscaping, snow removal, and winterization). A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have personal tools for the job.
