Works closely with construction team, and site staff in installing and repairing plumbing. The ability to interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials. Prepares bids, schedules and oversees other workers, such as apprentices and helpers. Follows health and safety standards and complies with building codes. Familiar with the installation of copper pipe and fittings, cast iron, pex, and PVC/CPVC pipes, drain, sewer, and gas lines. Installing fittings and components above and in ground. Preferred to have completed all state-required classes and apprentice work, and possess a journeyman's card Performs all other duties as assigned.
