Paradigm is a software company transforming the way that the residential, construction & building product industries operate across the globe. We are looking for a Full Stack Software Developer – Home Configure to be part of revolutionizing these industries.

Our Software Development Team builds and supports a suite of applications. Our flagship product is now a web application hosted in Azure. It uses a web front end built with React, HTML, and CSS, talking to APIs and services built in Spring Boot, .Net, and Postgres. We're growing, learning, and experimenting with other technologies and techniques such as containerization and 3D modeling.

What You Will Do:

• You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects.
• You will create, enhance, and maintain code for the web application, APIs, Services, or utility applications.
• You will get to see the big picture and understand the architecture and guide us to building systems that work well together.
• You will perform peer code review. And have your code reviewed as well.
• You will help our team do brainstorming and ticket refinement.
• You may be pulled into client meetings as the SME - it’s an opportunity to really see how your work will be used!
• You will provide accurate and punctual time management and time tracking of projects.
• You will help us grow - we need to plan & implement structures for scalability, not only of the code but the team itself.

Position Requirements:

• You have at least two years of experience as a software developer.
• You have 2+ years of experience working with Java, & Spring Boot.
• You have 2+ years of experience working with React. Typescript, & JavaScript.
• You have 2+ years of experience working with Postgres.
• Ideally you will have experience working with microservices architecture.
• Proficient with Git (branching, merging, conflict resolution)
• You will need critical thinking, including creative development skills, requirements analysis capabilities, and proven problem-solving skills.
• You need to be dependable, organized and enjoy working in a changing/fast paced environment.
• You can take direction and work independently to creatively meet business objectives.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. Most roles at Paradigm have three levels, Associate, Mid and Senior. Our pay ranges are inclusive of all three levels (if applicable), our US based Associate level pay begins at $70,125 annually for this role. The salary does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary and benefits. These compensation levels are subject to an annual review.
