Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily food service operations, including cafes, food trucks, and catering vendors
• Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and third-party vendors
• Build and maintain positive vendor relationships, ensuring performance, compliance, and satisfaction
• Ensure food service areas are clean, safe, and inviting for all employees and guests
• Promote vendor offerings through internal communications and events
• Support the planning and execution of onsite events, such as employee appreciation days and team gatherings
• Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety standards
• Resolve issues quickly and coordinate with facilities and maintenance teams when necessary

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, workplace operations, facilities, or vendor management
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other basic tech tools
• Comfortable being on your feet and mobile throughout the day
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with food truck operations or large-scale dining programs
• Familiarity with vendor management software (e.g., City Flavor)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
• A collaborative, proactive mindset — and a good sense of humor

Schedule & Compensation:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (occasional weekend/event support)
• Pay: $50,000 – $64,500 annually
• Expected Hours: 40+ hours per week
