Are you a dynamic Food & Beverage leader with a passion for luxury service and a background in world-class hospitality? Our prestigious hotel—recognized by the Forbes Travel Guide and AAA Diamond Awards—is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our award-winning team. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who thrives in a refined, high-touch environment and has experience working in Michelin rated, Forbes Four- or Five-Star or AAA Four- or Five-Diamond properties.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and inspire front-of-house operations with energy and precision

✨ Deliver exceptional guest experiences while optimizing service standards

✨ Circulate the floor, engage with guests, and ensure seamless execution

✨ Support training, scheduling, and mentoring of the F&B team

✨ Oversee inventory, ordering, budgeting, and P&L responsibilities

✨ Maintain a polished and professional work environment at all times

What We’re Looking For:

✔ At least 2 years of Food & Beverage leadership experience in a luxury hotel environment

✔ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Strong understanding of food, wine, and beverage service

✔ Hands-on leadership style with a collaborative, guest-first mindset

✔ Experience with Microsoft Office and basic financial reporting
