Job Title: Flight Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Flight Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing flight scheduling, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with all FAA regulations. • Flight Scheduling & Coordination:
• Coordinate and schedule flights in accordance with customer requirements and aircraft availability.
• Ensure timely and efficient crew scheduling, including pilot assignments.
• Liaise between pilots, clients, and operations to ensure seamless execution of flight plans.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure all flights comply with FAA Part 135 regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of flight logs, maintenance schedules, and flight crew certifications.
• Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with flight requests, changes, and inquiries.
• Ensure all client needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
• Logistics Management:
• Coordinate ground transportation and other required services for passengers.
• Monitor weather conditions, air traffic, and other factors affecting flight operations.
• Operational Support:
• Assist with the preparation and submission of flight plans and other operational documentation.
• Work closely with maintenance and safety teams to ensure aircraft are ready and compliant for scheduled flights.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all flight operations, crew schedules, and certifications.
• Generate reports as required for management and regulatory bodies.
