ClearPath CPA Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Finance & Invoicing Agent to join our remote team. If you're someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes — we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Creating and sending invoices to our clients
• Keeping track of payments and following up on any outstanding ones
• Making sure our billing records are accurate and up to date
• Answering client questions about invoices in a friendly, professional way
• Helping out with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in invoicing, billing, or bookkeeping
• Comfortable using QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools
• Super organized and detail-oriented
• Great communication skills — written and verbal
• Able to manage your own time and work independently from home

Pay & Hours:

• $40–$45/hour, depending on experience
• 10–20 hours per week, flexible schedule
• Paid every 2 weeks + room for growth and bonuses
