Job Responsibilities

• As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, servicing and maintaining assembly machinery at our customer's manufacturing plants
• Install, maintain and repair machine tooling and mechanics, electronics and pneumatics
• Ensure customer satisfaction through service excellence
• Provide customer training and start-up support
• Identify, analyze, and repair equipment failures
• Strategically promote, educate and market products and services to customers
• Travel overnight as required by workload to complete service calls outside of normal geographic location

Job Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Associates Degree
• Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns 3-5 years in the practical application of electronics and technology 3-5 years of design, build or troubleshooting of pneumatic and/or hydraulic assembly machinery preferred
• Knowledge of servo motors and drives
• Ability to read electrical schematics and engineering drawings
• Knowledge and understanding of PLC's and HMIs
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and automated machine functions and can troubleshoot
