As such, we’re expanding nationally and looking for a Project Operations Manager to join our Operations team!

As our Service Manager, you’ll play a vital role in leading and managing all residential service and repair operations and ensuring the long-term satisfaction of our customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage all residential service and repair operations, applying in-depth technical knowledge of roofing/siding and window systems to ensure accurate diagnostics and quality workmanship.
• Ideal candidate has hands-on experience.
• Act as the main liaison between homeowners, crews, and internal departments, delivering clear, respectful communication and timely updates throughout the service process.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset are essential for building trust with homeowners.
• Coordinate daily service schedules, dispatch crews, and manage materials to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
• A well-organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment will excel in this role.
• Conduct on-site inspections and enforce company standards, providing guidance and support to technicians as needed.
• A successful candidate is a problem-solver with a leadership mindset and a commitment to quality.

• BA/BS preferred.

• Experience managing service or warranty departments.
• Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish).
• Tech-savvy or experience with CRM/ Project management tools.
