LHH Recruitment in partnership with a law firm in Roseland, New Jersey is seeking a Family Law Secretary. This role is a full-time, permanent opportunity and it is fully onsite.
Responsibilities
Support multiple Attorneys in the Family Law practice
Assist with calendaring and scheduling
Assist with drafting correspondence and family law documents
Assist with filing on JEDS
Assist with e-filing motions
Assist with any other administrative duties required of the role
Requirements
Must have 2+ years of strictly family law experience within a law firm
Must have experience e-filing documents
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment supporting multiple attorneys
Ability to work onsite in Roseland 5 days per week
