Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our team in our Austin or Harker Heights office. This position offers hybrid flexibility for the right candidate and above-market value for an experienced paralegal. What We’re Looking For: We want someone who is professional, highly organized, and committed to delivering excellent legal support. This is not an entry-level position—please do not apply unless you have at least 5 years of Family Law experience in Texas. Responsibilities:

• Drafting pleadings, motions, and orders
• Drafting military retirement orders
• Preparing discovery
• Coordinating court hearings and mediations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of Family Law experience in Texas (required)
• Strong knowledge of all phases of litigation, including excellent drafting skills and attention to detail; strong written and oral communication skills; and the ability to manage time-sensitive matters and meet deadlines
• Board-Certified Paralegal preferred
