Job Description

An UHNW family based in Medina, WA, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Family Assistant to help oversee the daily logistics of their household. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing a variety of responsibilities to ensure smooth household operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the household is fully stocked with groceries, supplies, and other essentials
• Liaise with house staff, including housekeepers, chefs, and nannies, to coordinate schedules and tasks
• Act as a backup to the nannies, including school pickups, driving children to activities, and supervising as needed
• Heat up meals and prepare snacks for the children
• Run errands such as shopping, dry cleaning, and other household needs
• Provide overnight coverage at the residence when required
• Potential travel to secondary residences to prepare homes in advance of the family's arrival

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Nanny or Family Assistant in a private household
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel as needed and provide occasional overnight support
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills and a professional, discreet demeanor

Compensation: $40/hr + amazing benefits
