Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to perform his/her duties to meet the quality standards of maintenance and cleanliness expected of the Harry Winston Brand. The following is an outline of duties performed each day the employee is scheduled to work.

Key Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Assist in the operation of the manual elevator in rotation, as needed
• Cover team members, when necessary
• Outdoor cleaning of 56th St. and 5th Ave. – sweep sidewalks, wipe down window ledges, general cleaning
• walkthrough of all New York locations assuring pantries are filled and alerting the Facilities team of any maintenance issues
• Assist building engineers with the maintenance needs at New York locations (change lights, furniture moving, general housekeeping)
• Assist in performing minor maintenance and building repairs, minor plumbing, basic electrical repairs, and painting

Key Job Relationships

This position requires direct contact with employees at all New York locations throughout the workday. The purpose of these contacts is to ensure a position relationship with the staff. To correct or report any deficiencies related to the job description to their immediate supervisor. This position requires constant communication with the supervisor during the schedule workday.

Job Qualifications

This position requires the ability to listen and perform the tasks and duties in the job description. Lifting boxes, moving furniture. Organizational skills are necessary to handle supply inventory, ordering, supply room maintenance and distribution to departments.
