We're Hiring: Facilities Coordinator | On-site |

Are you a highly organized, hands-on professional who thrives in creating welcoming, efficient, and safe work environments?

As a Facilities Coordinator, you’ll:

  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the physical office space
  • Manage vendor relationships and facility-related projects
  • Support visitor management, office security, and mail operations
  • Oversee supply ordering, office equipment, food/beverage services, and space planning
  • Help plan and support company events and community days
  • Play a key role in employee experience and workplace safety

You’re a great fit if you have:

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and space planning/tracking tools
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills
  • A service-minded, can-do attitude
  • The ability to be on-site full-time (this is not a hybrid role)
