Position: Sales Consultant - Roofing, Siding, Gutter Specialist

Primary Responsibilities
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll:

• Engage with homeowners to assess property damage and develop repair plans.
• Generate inspection reports using advanced technology.
• Act as a key liaison between homeowners, production teams, and insurance companies.
• Monitor project progress to ensure quality workmanship and homeowner satisfaction.
• Secure payment and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior construction or insurance experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training and support.
• A passion for learning, persuasive communication skills, and a drive for success are essential.

Key Competencies

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Friendly, approachable personality with a talent for building trust and rapport.

Additional Requirements

• Flexibility for evening and weekend appointments.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as needed.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Physical ability to carry, set up, and climb ladders and walk roofs for inspections.

Compensation and Benefits

• Weekly pay, with competitive rates based on experience.
