Position Overview:

As our Sales Rep, you will be the driving force behind our estimating and proposal process, from budget development to site visits and client meetings. This field-based role gives you the chance to build strong relationships with clients and help drive the future of Custom Painting and Decorating across Orange County.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preconstruction Services: Help develop budgets and schedules for upcoming projects, ensuring smooth project planning.
• Bid Preparation: Create detailed and clear scopes of work, evaluate bids, and submit completed proposals to clients.
• Sales & Marketing: Actively promote our painting services to attract new clients and grow our business.
• Scheduling: Stay organized by managing appointments, estimates, and job walks with ease.
• Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless project flow.
• Problem-Solving: Tackle challenges head-on and keep projects moving forward.
• Client Relations: Build and nurture long-term, trusting relationships with clients through exceptional service and communication.

What We’re Looking For:

• Motivated & Enthusiastic Leader: You bring a positive, can-do attitude and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Proven Sales Experience: You’ve got a background in outside/field sales and understand the sales process inside and out. Painting field experience is a MUST !
• Excellent Communication Skills: You know how to connect with people and effectively manage relationships.
• Bilingual Skills (Preferred): Speaking Spanish? That’s a plus!
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Google platforms and marketing software.
• Self-Starter: Driven and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Clean Driving Record: A valid driver’s license is a must!
