Essential duties and responsibilities
Excellent verbal and written communication.
You will provide administrative assistance to include, but not limited to: composing emails and making calls, managing the CEO's calendar day to day, work in quickbooks for CEO's company accounting and minor bookkeeping duties, handle all the CEO's appointments and reminders on important tasks of the day, other administrative duties and personal tasks for the CEO.
Knowledge/Skills
· High school graduate
· Bachelor's degree preferred
· Two years Real estate experience preferred
· 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate
· Accounting Background
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
