We are seeking a meticulous Executive Assistant to join our clients teamr. As an Executive Assistant, you will be tasked with managing schedules, coordinating meetings, planning events, and arranging travel. You will also serve as the primary contact for partners and will supervise board meetings. Responsibilities: • Organize and coordinate schedules to ensure efficient time management • Arrange both domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and dining • Act as a primary resource for partners, providing support and addressing inquiries • Supervise the planning and execution of various events • Manage the logistics and administration of board meetings • Utilize Microsoft Office and Concur to manage tasks and processes efficiently • Undertake project management duties to ensure tasks are completed promptly. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience supporting C Suite • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite for the creation and management of documents, presentations, and data analysis. • Experience in arranging and booking travel arrangements domestic and international. • Familiarity with Concur or similar travel and expense management software, indicating ability to manage and report on company expenses. • Proven ability to coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and providing necessary logistical support.
