Job Description

Executive Assistant

LHH is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our client’s executive team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for our mission. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive office and supporting the overall goals of the organization. This position is direct hire and will pay between $23 and $26.50/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and other senior executives.
  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate and organize board meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and minutes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special events and projects.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the executive team and organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Passion for the mission of non-profit healthcare and a commitment to serving the community.
