Join Our Team as a Event Specialist at Think Tell Junction Think Tell We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a wide range of events, from corporate gatherings to community outreach programs. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and objectives, ensuring that each event aligns with their brand and goals. Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and community gatherings.
• Collaborate with clients to develop event concepts and objectives that align with their goals.
• Research and select venues, catering services, and vendors that meet event requirements and budget.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure the best rates and services.
• Develop detailed event timelines and oversee all aspects of event logistics.
• Manage on-site event operations, including setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring a seamless experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Events Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a corporate or nonprofit setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and vendors effectively.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools, along with MS Office Suite.
