An ultra-high-net-worth family in Beverly Hills is searching for an estate manager to ensure that their properties are operating effectively. The ideal candidate is someone who truly enjoys helping people and has a track record of success managing homes for for high-net-worth employers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Estate Manager or House Manager
• Proficient with Microsoft office and smart home technology
• Budgeting experience
• Resourceful
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Responsibilities

• Manage the staff of the estate, including hiring, training, and setting performance goals
• Ensure efficient operation of the estate, including managing the property, equipment, and any other assets
• Oversee all maintenance, repairs, and renovations to the estate
• Ensure that guests have everything they need
• Develop and implement plans for the upkeep and maintenance of the estate
• Monitor the financial performance of the estate and ensure that all expenses are within budget
• Serve as the primary contact for any questions or concerns regarding the estate
• Ensure that all safety and security protocols are being followed
