Job Description

We are seeking an EHS Manager with a people-first mindset to lead and maintain a culture of safety within our organization. This role requires an individual with excellent multitasking abilities, who can actively engage on the production floor to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. The EHS Manager will be responsible for identifying hazards, conducting safety training, and ensuring adherence to all relevant safety regulations. A key focus will be on proactive safety measures and fostering employee engagement in safety practices.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the workplace complies with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Actively monitor and maintain a safety-conscious environment on the production floor.
• Lead safety audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training to all employees and promote a safety-first culture.
• Coordinate emergency response plans and incident investigations.
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to continuously improve safety performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing safety (preferred), or a background in chemical, construction, production safety.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on employee engagement and safety advocacy.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
