Graduate Manufacturing Associate (Night Shift)

Graduate Manufacturing Associates for the night shift to join our Drug Product or Drug Substance Manufacturing team, focusing on the aseptic filling and packaging of biologic products. In this role, you will operate in a controlled environment, supporting essential manufacturing activities from material preparation to the final packaging of sterile drug products.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and oversee aseptic filling, labeling, and packaging operations with minimal supervision.
• Lead or assist in equipment setup, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance tasks.
• Ensure batch records are accurate and complete, and review documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and ensure product quality.
• Train and mentor junior associates in aseptic techniques and procedures.
• Participate in problem-solving efforts related to operational challenges and ensure timely reporting of deviations.

Experience/Qualifications:

• A relevant high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in a related field is preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a GMP or cleanroom manufacturing environment (experience in biologics or pharmaceuticals is a plus).
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and sterile operations is advantageous.
