Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chicago, IL for an entry-level litigation attorney at Elman Joseph Law Group, LLC. The entry-level litigation attorney will be responsible for all aspects of personal injury litigation in car accidents and premises accidents which include: handling depositions, arbitration hearings, jury trials, drafting pleadings, motions and other litigation filings, appearing in court proceedings, and participating in all aspects of litigation support and trial preparation. We are a heavy volume law firm that has had significant growth. New associates typically make an EXTRA $15,000 based upon the commission system and bonuses
