Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Entry-Level Customer Support Specialist for a fast-growing Electric Manufacturing company in Lake Forest, CA! This individual will play a key role in providing administrative support and delivering top-notch customer service to B2B clients and vendors.

**We are ONLY considering candidates who can start a full-time job IMMEDIATELY (we will NOT accept any applicants who require a 2-week notice).**

Location: Fully Onsite in Lake Forest, CA 92630

Job Type: Temp-To-Hire

Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM, Mon-Fri

Scope of the Role:

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be the main point of contact for customer communication via phone, email and online chat support. Additionally, you will be performing administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling, placing work orders, account management, and processing invoices.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding order confirmation.
• Enter orders into SAP software.
• Monitors and maintains inventory level.
• Assist department Managers for inquiries on pricing, inventory, availability, and other client related requests.
• Coordinate with warehouse and quality control departments to process orders.
• Data Entry and keeping track of spreadsheets within EXCEL.
• Process defective order claims, returns, and credits.
• Knows how to contact truckers to deliver goods to the customer and track shipments for order status.
• Create progress reports and quarterly reports.
• Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (REQUIRED)
• EXCEL proficiency (preferred)
• 1 year minimum of relevant Customer Service experience.
• We WILL accept applications from recent graduates of a 4-year University!
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
