We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our team in Miami, FL. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate communications, client relations, and internal messaging.

Position Summary:
The Entry Level Communications Assistant will support the communications team in coordinating messaging, drafting materials, and ensuring smooth internal and external communication efforts. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting and editing company communications, reports, and presentations.

  • Coordinate internal and external messaging to ensure consistency and accuracy.

  • Support client communications, including email correspondence and document preparation.

  • Conduct research on industry trends and market insights to support communication strategies.

  • Organize meetings, prepare materials, and take minutes when needed.

  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and communication logs.

  • Collaborate with different departments to streamline communication efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, business, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
