$60-70k plus overtime pay and annual bonuses

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Technician with experience in soldering circuit boards to join our team. This full-time position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong technical background and a passion for hardware repair and maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform soldering and desoldering tasks on circuit boards, ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electronic hardware, using appropriate testing equipment and tools.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of electronic devices and systems.
• Work closely with the engineering team to assist in the design and testing of new hardware components.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices in all repair and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with soldering and desoldering circuit boards.
• Strong understanding of electronic components and hardware systems.
• Proficiency in using testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications or a degree in electronics or a related field is preferred.
