Role: Electrical Project Manager

Location: Kansas City, MO

Key Skills and Experience:

• Electrical Expertise: Proven ability to manage commercial electrical projects from start to finish.
• Project Management: 5 10 years of experience (commercial focus), strong in budgeting, scheduling, and financial reporting.
• Leadership: Talent acquisition, team development, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Business Development: Strategic planning to grow client base and revenue.
• Safety and Compliance: Promotes a culture of safety and ensures adherence to regulations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver projects efficiently, maintaining a minimum 20% gross profit margin.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, invoicing, and cost analysis.
• Cultivate strong client relationships, achieving high satisfaction scores.
• Drive business growth with $2M revenue target in year 1, $4M in year 2.
• Lead teams through all project phases while implementing process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7 10 years of commercial project management experience.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and safety focus.
• Commitment to accountability and high performance standards.
