Role: Editor/Writer

Location: 680 West 10000 South, South Jordan, UT 84095

Pay Rate: $19.17/hour (paid weekly)

Schedule: Shift TBD (will be confirmed upon selection)

Contract Duration: 12 months

Interview Process: 1 Zoom interview + writing sample for top candidates

Work Setup: 100% Onsite

About the Role:

• We’re seeking a detail-oriented Editor/Writer to support client complaint handling operations. You’ll play a key role in drafting formal written responses to client and investor concerns, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve a high volume of client inquiries, providing clear, accurate, and compliant written communications.
• Ensure all responses meet regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
• Support Client Relations operations including settlement and privacy opt-out processing.
• Handle incoming client calls and assist with general inquiries.
• Contribute to additional team projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills

Additional Info:

• Contract may be extended or converted to FTE based on performance, attendance, and business needs
• Must pass a 7-year background check , employment/education verification , and fingerprinting
• Documentation (diploma, W2s, pay stubs) may be requested for verification purposes
