Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Contractor Dispatcher at TSV Logistics. The Contractor Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the dispatch of drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

Drive Away Driver Manager is responsible for...

• Match and sell our freight to your independent contractor group on available trucks for transport.
• Lead by example and create an environment where drivers feel valued, can grow, promote loyalty, and function well as partners.
• Verify all supporting documents and the accuracy of the data for billing.
• Be available to be the voice of the company, while maintaining success for your contractors.
• Answer questions and resolve issues related to any trucks for transport.
• Communicate any special instructions regarding all current trips to your contractors for maximum success.

Candidates with previous Customer Facing, Restaurant Service, Bartender, Server, Service Advisor, Cell Phone Sales, Retail Sales, Insurance Sales, Customer Service, or Account Manager experience, we are looking for you!

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and routes
• Proficiency in logistics software and systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong ability to “sell”
• Ability to work rotating compensated on-call for afterhours contractor needs
