A Day in the Life of the District Manager

As the District Manager, you’ll be the strategic leader behind the scenes and in the field, driving operational excellence across four restaurant locations. You’ll spend your days working directly with local teams, ensuring each location hits its quality, service, and performance targets. You’ll also provide coaching, solve challenges, and implement smart processes that fuel growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily operations for four restaurant locations in Wyoming and Nebraska
• Ensure all restaurants meet company standards for food quality, guest service, and cleanliness
• Train and mentor general managers and their teams to deliver top-tier performance
• Analyze financials, control costs, and implement budgets across locations
• Manage staffing needs, including hiring, scheduling, and team development
• Travel regularly between restaurant locations and provide on-site leadership and support
• Adapt to varying hours of operation, including occasional evenings and weekends

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Manager in the restaurant industry
• 3+ years overseeing multiple restaurant locations
• Proven experience in scheduling, interviewing, and team motivation
• Strong skills in budgeting, inventory management, and financial reporting
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, and some weekends
• Willingness to travel between the restaurant locations in Wyoming and Nebraska
