Paladin is now LHH Recruitment Solutions! We are partnering with our Tigard, OR technical manufacturing client to recruit a Director of Marketing to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will be onsite at their Tigard, OR facility, with flexibility for life events as needed. As their Director of Marketing, you will manage a small team of B2B marketers across the digital, eCommerce and creative spectrum, with a focus on creating opportunity for and working in close collaboration to sales. You will manage significant digital marketing budgets, with a focus on generating new leads, opportunity, clicks and brand awareness for the business, and will get to develop a strategic plan for marketing and sales growth. To be a fit, you should bring 7+ years of integrated marketing experience with a deep understanding of B2B businesses with a physical product. A significant amount of product sales here are done via eCommerce, both directly and through marketplaces like Amazon, so a strong understanding of eCommerce, SEO and digital marketing that enables digital product sales is required, with marketplace eCommerce experience a big plus. Experience overseeing a marketing department while also tactically executing is a must - no one in this organization is fully out of the tactical work - but strategic vision and cross-functional planning is the focus. In-depth experience with Google Ads, ideally in the B2B world, is also required, along with CRM and email marketing proficiency.
This team has a highly collaborative, growth-oriented culture and is looking for the right fit as they continue to grow! Salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, with potential flexibility for the right fit.
