We’re looking for a talented, ambitious Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and deliver the fuel to our fire, with a special focus on Meta platforms.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, particularly on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in creating, optimizing, and scaling Meta ad campaigns to achieve measurable business outcomes. You’ll have a great deal of autonomy to run this program as you see fit, and an opportunity for true ownership of the results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, including audience targeting, ad creative development, and budget allocation.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to optimize campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS) and provide actionable insights to improve results.
• Develop and/or source compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages tailored to Meta’s best practices.
• A/B test ad variations to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on Meta advertising trends, algorithm changes, and new features to maintain a competitive edge.
• Assist with broader digital marketing initiatives, including Google Ads, website updates, email marketing, or social media strategy, as needed.
• Work closely with ownership on strategic planning, performance reporting, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• experience in digital marketing, with a specific focus on Meta PPC campaigns.
• Proven track record of managing successful Meta ad campaigns with strong ROI.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Business Suite, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
• Creative mindset with an eye for effective ad design and messaging.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with additional platforms like Google Ads or TikTok Ads is a plus.
