Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Consumer Marketing Manager to lead creative development and marketing initiatives for our Mobile Gaming Division. This role requires expertise in user acquisition, creative development, and testing within the mobile gaming industry. You will manage relationships with external creative agencies and oversee the ideation, development, testing, and execution of global campaigns in partnership with Growth Marketing teams. Strong project management skills and the ability to contribute to strategic creative direction are essential.

• Hybrid, onsite in Burbank, CA
• Rate: $55-68 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute global marketing strategies, including digital ads, trailers, visual identity, packaging, trade and media integrations, events, social media, and CRM.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with external creative agencies, ensuring cohesive and strategically targeted communication materials.
• Oversee project pipelines, managing schedules, budgets, and approval processes.
• Lead creative briefings and provide feedback to align deliverables with marketing strategy.
• Research and apply best practices in user acquisition (UA), paid media KPIs, competitive analysis, and brand partner input.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in user acquisition, marketing, creative agency account management, or a related role within the video game industry.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing external creative agencies and driving strategic creative direction.
• Deep understanding of mobile gaming trends and consumer behaviors.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
