The Opportunity As part of the Digital Assurance and Transparency team you will provide services related to controls around financial reporting, compliance, and operational processes. As a Manager you will supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by supervising teams and independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop quality deliverables. You will manage IT controls auditing, consulting, and implementing IT controls solutions, maintaining compliance with current and emerging technologies. The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
