Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients during check-in and check-out procedures in a warm and friendly manner
• Manage incoming emails and phone calls with promptness and courtesy
• Efficiently organize and schedule appointments
• Discuss and present treatment plans to patients
• Provide patients with pre-treatment cost estimates and ensure effective communication
• Confirm appointments made through Zoc Doc and online platforms
• Maintain and update the daily schedule, including follow-up and recall reports
• Collaborate closely with dentists and support staff to deliver outstanding service
• Consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service skills

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Dentrix software is a must-have skill for effective communication within our dental practice environment
• A friendly and task-focused demeanor is crucial for interactions with both patients and colleagues
• Strong teamwork abilities are essential for successful collaboration within our dental clinic
• Motivation and empathy towards patient care are highly valued qualities we look for in candidates
• Previous experience in dental receptionist roles is preferred for this position
