Position Overview:
We are actively hiring Dental Assistants to join leading dental offices near you. In this role, you will be matches with one of our trusted partner offices to support their clinical operations and deliver high-quality patient care. Ideal candidates are reliable, personable, and passionate about dentistry. No experience necessary to apply, but pay increases based on one's experience level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chairside assisting during dental procedures

• Set up and break down operatories before and after treatments

• Take and process dental X-rays

• Document patient medical and dental histories

• Sterilize instruments and maintain clinical cleanliness

• Provide patients with post-treatment instructions

• Support front office as needed (scheduling, phone calls, patient check-in/out)

• Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control guidelines

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED or actively working on it

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional attitude and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of Board-approved Dental Assisting program or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
