Job Description:
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team and be a part of an exciting journey as we look to nurture our next level of leadership. The core emphasis is on national contingent labor program managed internally by a client or through a strategic channel partnership with a Managed Services Provider (MSP) and/or Vendor Management System (VMS).
In this role, you will be the fully accountable for client growth, service delivery - including, but not limited to - delivery/recruiting management, account management, process adherence, onboarding, compliance management, performance management, etc. You will manage dedicated delivery teams including recruitment managers, account managers and recruiters – with a focus on coverage, speed, quality & compliance.

You will have the opportunity to draw on your extensive knowledge and will forge dynamic relationships with stakeholders. You will be responsible for all the financial measures (revenue growth, gross margin growth, headcount growth) as well as client satisfaction parameters (client scorecards, SLA's, etc.)
