Vann York Auto Group has a rare opportunity for a Dealership Sales Coach . The Dealership Sales Coach is responsible for developing, delivering, and reinforcing training programs that enhance the performance of Sales Consultants, Business development Reps, and Service Advisors. This role ensures team members are equipped with the skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques necessary to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and support dealership growth.

What You’ll Do:  

• Deliver engaging training sessions for Sales Consultants & Service Advisors. 
• Coach team members on sales processes, product knowledge, and customer service skills. 
• Support onboarding of new hires and ongoing employee development. 
• Partner with managers to identify training needs and improve performance. 
• Drive results by helping the team increase sales, customer satisfaction, and retention. 

What We’re Looking For:  

• 3+ years of experience in automotive sales, service, or training. 
• Strong presentation, coaching, and communication skills. 
• Knowledge of dealership operations, CRMs, and customer-first sales practices. 
• Organized, motivating, and professional.
