LaSalle Network is hiring a Customs Broker – Entry Writer for a fast-paced, international logistics client. • Prepare and submit U.S. Customs entries in compliance with federal regulations
• Review incoming documents for accuracy and completeness; ensure compliance with all U.S. Customs and Partner Government Agencies (PGA) requirements including FDA and USDA
• Communicate proactively with importers, carriers, agents, warehouses, and internal compliance teams
• Maintain accurate importer files to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance
• Prepare and transmit documentation to government agencies such as FDA, USDA, and others as required

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customs entry writing
• Familiarity with U.S. Customs product classification and regulatory compliance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on proactive customer service
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Cargowise is a plus
