Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Customer Success Manager for a contract located in Greater LA, CA

Pay Range: $45/hr. - $50/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Required Skills:

• Experience: 5+ years in hospitality, restaurant management, or systems implementation.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Language: Spanish fluency is a plus.
