Insight Global is currently hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives for a large client located in the downtown Richmond area. These positions will be FULLY onsite Monday through Friday during 8am-5pm. Paychecks are weekly and benefits will be offered while on contract! These roles start as a 5-6 month contract but can get extended much longer based on performance!
The Customer Service Representatives will deliver outstanding service by assisting customers with account-related inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role includes managing customer requests, researching and adjusting accounts, and maintaining accurate records while adhering to quality and compliance standards.
