The Creative Manager will lead our creative efforts and elevate our brand's visual identity in the marketing space. This role requires a deep understanding of the fashion industry and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual strategies. The Creative Manager will be an extension of the marketing team providing briefs that are in step with the marketing and brand goals including but not limited to social, ecomm, retail, trade, events and all branded materials.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with a strong understanding of content strategy, social media, design principles, and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams including Design, Merchandising, Sales, and Marketing. They will be responsible for creating compelling content that aligns with the marketing calendar and supports the entire customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership and Strategy:

  • Develop and implement creative visual strategies that align with the company’s marketing goals and brand vision.
  • Lead the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and brand consistency.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our creative strategies are innovative, forward-thinking, set us apart in the marketplace.

Campaign Development:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure creative concepts are aligned with marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Conceptualize and oversee the creation of marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, social media, and in-store.

Content Direction:

  • Provide direction for all visual content, including photoshoots, videos, graphic design, and other marketing materials.
  • Ensure all creative outputs are visually compelling, on-brand, and effectively communicate the desired message.

Team Management:

  • Build and manage a high-performing social content team, including hiring, training, and mentoring.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, photographers, and other creative professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging the team to push creative boundaries.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Merchandising, Design, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.

Brand Stewardship:

  • Maintain and enhance the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive brand image.
  • Develop continuous strategies for our brand’s visual identity to stay relevant

Quality Control:

  • Ensure all content is consistent with the brand's voice, style, and quality standards.
  • Review and approve all content before it is published or distributed.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Support Brand Marketing Manager on the performance of content deliverables, using data to suggest process or production improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, content marketing or digital marketing, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work and successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in design and project management tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, Trello).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail.
