Role Description

This is a full-time Corporate Sales Specialist role. Associate will need to reside in or willing to relocate to Birmingham, AL, This person needs to be willing to travel up to 25-50% if needed. The Corporate Sales Specialist will be responsible for communication with prospective residents, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales activities, delivering training, and managing sales operations via phone calling community database's in an effort to create tours and achieve Move Ins.

Qualifications

• Must live in Birmingham.
• Senior Living Sales Experience a huge plus
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Sales Management skills
• Experience in providing training
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the senior living industry is a plus
• Feel comfortable on the phone as this will be 75% of the job.
