Contractor Performance Management (CPM) Coordinator

Due to our business's continued growth and expansion, we are seeking qualified candidates for the position of CPM Coordinator based in our Port Lavaca, Texas, office.

The CPM Coordinator will work onsite at client location in Point Comfort, Texas office.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Experience in safety, contractor on-boarding, root cause analysis, auditing, evaluate contract employer qualifications such as performance and programs.
• Micro-soft Excel,Word, Access,Power Point and Power Bi.
• Assisting in contract employer on-boarding, audits, root cause analysis, qualifications, performance evaluations, data trending, etc.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 10 years of related health and/or safety experience. Associates degree with 8 years related experience or a B.S. degree with a minimum of 6 years related experience.
• Team player able to work effectively with other disciplines for successful completion of projects.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills are a must.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced work environment. Quick learner.
• Able to balance priorities and meet deadlines.
• Take ownership of discipline design and be proactive in problem solving.
• Safety and detail focused.
• Experience in the petroleum and/or chemical processing industry in a plant environment.
• High ethical standards, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
